Press ShopOur modern Press Shop consists of 23 presses which includes Hand Presses, Power Presses, Mechanical Presses, Hydraulic Presses ( for upto 8 " deep draw), Brake Press (for 'V' bending), ranging from 5 ton to 1000 ton capacities.
Tool Room
We have well equipped Tool Room with most useful machines with capabilities of making critical and sophisticated tools in no time.The Tool Room is equipped with Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinder, Radial Drill etc. All the critical tools are developed using CNC Machining Centre and Wire cut.
Welding ShopWe have the most comprehensive Welding Shop which includes facilities for Seam,Tig, Mig, Spot, Projection, Arc, Electric Welding.
Paint ShopWe have Paint Shop equipped with the 7 tanks process for Phosphating and 2 Powder Coating booths as well as Liquid Paint booths. We can undertake the most critical of paint jobs.
Standards RoomWe have a well versed Standards Room with instruments and equipments for testing products. All the instruments are calibrated to the national standards.
