Press Shop: The Mitaso groupexpertise in sheet metal component manufacturing is unmatched. Equipped with  press lines from internationally renowned manufacturers like Erfurt, Stanko, Hitachi, Rovetta, Mitaso has emerged as a forerunner in this segment. The press shop has a large number of single and double acting presses with capacity ranging from 10 Tons to 900 Tons, both in mechanical and hydraulic versions. The special purpose presses are equipped with manipulators. Metal forming operations: deep drawing, piercing, embossing, fine blanking, impact extrusion, ironing and forming from solid are performed on these machines.

TOOL DESIGN : The use of computer integrated designing and manufacturing activity has contributed significantly towards reduction in cost and time required in developing new sheet metal press components/products. we have a special room, well equipped with latest hardware and software.
The use of these latest softwares in the design and testing of products and our ability to link critical product specification and design with the electronic data interchange, culminates into substantial saving in cost and time to our customers and quickly arrive at working dimension tolerance and optimizing process for mass production of products at most economical prices.  Tool room: The tool room division of Mitaso was established in 1990. Today this room is one of the most sophisticated tool rooms in india and is manufacturing custom built, high quality and precision tooling for a wide range of industry besides meeting the total tooling requirement of sister companies. some of the tools designed, manufactured and supplied to indian industries and import substitutes.
The tool room has more than 60 state of the art machines like precession jig boring, EDMs, Copy milling, CNC milling, 2M grinders, wire cut machines etc. About 65 professionals including tool designers, tool planners and highly skilled die makers are engaged in the tool engineering department. The Division has a very rich experience in designing, manufacturing and producing precision and complex press tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and
SPMs.
Welding Shop: For high quality , higher productivity and flexibility, the company has state of art microprocessor controlled spot welding and MIG welding equipment. welding robots are being installed for the further upgradation of this shop. processing a wide range of hi-tech equipment and highly advanced machines, the plants are capable of handling complex welding operations.
Paint Shop: We have a State of art paint & Powder coating shop that includes 03 paint booth, 02 powder coating booth along with phosphating plant and baking ovens. We use the best of chemicals to give a quality that can withstand more than 300 hours of salt spray resistance.
Quality control check starts with the procurement of raw materials, and it is an on-going process at each stage of development until despatch. Besides these arrangement of capative power consumption for continous functioning of the plant for 24x7.
