The company was incorporated in the year 1968 by Late Sh. F.C. Mittal, a visionary who rose exponentially to be a well known industrialist, setting up 8 units in Faridabad(Haryana), India in 6-7 years.
The company first started manufacturing Sheet Metal Components (SMC) for OEMs like Escorts, Telco, Defence etc. By1981, the company ventured into manufacturing & marketing of ISI marked Home Appliances. Thus a new unit was set up in Faridabad to carry on Sheet Metal work. In the meantime, the group also set up high capacity Pressure Die Casting (PDC) plants for servicing clients like Bajaj Auto, TVS Motors, Yamaha Motor etc.
At Present Mitaso is a part of diversified group with interests ranging from Pressure Die Casting, Sheet Metal, Forging, Home Appliances & Exports. The various group companies include:
